+1 to Joao's point.

I did want to say that Sebastian (head of our regional team) used to be the CEO of Cabase and ran an ISP many years ago.  His colleague who works for him - Christian O'Flaherty worked for a major backbone provider.  They both have amazing experience related to Argentina and networks in the region.
