[Chapter-delegates] Our thoughts are with the Philippines Chapter

In the face of what is reputedly the worst storm on record (anywhere!) and
some approximately 10,000 people killed, our thoughts in the Australian
chapter go out to our sisters and brothers in the Philippines right now.

Have we confirmed that our Chapter leaders there are okay?

I'm not sure yet what practical things we can do to help, but I will make
a personal donation to the Red Cross with you in mind.

My heart certainly is out to you and your neighbours in Vietnam and Laos.
It looks like our ISOC family in Thailand will be spared.
