[Chapter-delegates] Trustees! not staff! Re: Announcement about the dissolution of ISOC-KH

I do not see any personal attack. If we are professionals we have to be able to receive any comment or opinion and even personal criteria about us or about the way we work. 

I see also a very formal answer from Ted so I understand everything is in the professional plane
