[Chapter-delegates] Welcome on behalf of the Chapter Delegates to the Internet Society South Africa Gauteng Chapter

Welcome ISOC South Africa Gauteng Chapter aboard the Internet fraternity.
At least the chapter will provide a platform and an opportunity for more SA
people to contribute to the advancements of the Internet.

Gabriel, Octavia, Sibongile and Zanecebo just be focused on the mission and
objects and positive ideals.
