What a bizarre day. First we have a Chapter dissolving after a long
fight with the ISOC HQ and citing lack of communications, interest,
and resources from the HQ, and now we have a new Chapter joining.

Welcome to the madhouse, new people. This is the mailing list, which
on a regular basis erupts in fights between Chapters and the HQ.
Depending on your personal disposition, you might have made a huge
mistake today.
