[Chapter-delegates] ccTLD management

I'm on the board of directors of CIRA who manage the .ca registry. I'm also involved with the formation of the ISCOC Canada chapter. CIRA is an organisational member of ISOC and has supported the formation of the ISOC Canada chapter. The ISOC chapter is not involved in any way with the running of CIRA. We have many of the same goals and values and hope to work together on some projects but that is the extent of the relationship so far. CIRA is governed by an elected board of directors. Anyone who registers a .ca domain can become a member of CIRA for free. In that sense ISOC Canada which has a .ca domain has as much say in how the registry is run as any other member.
