Joly - certainly this is true. However, it is possible that a chapter officer may not
list themselves as such in AMS, and in the context of Veni's original remark, it is
possible that not all the candidates for the BoT election are chapter officers. Either
way, they won't be on the chapter-delegates mailing list.
