Eric,
it seems like you didn't read my message to Eva till the end. Let me quote:

a breakthrough.
I am sure that all chapters would welcome some positive developments!
And if you need any help, please, just ask us."
So, yes, please - let's not look backwards (unless that's necessary for
the record, and for knowing the past, so that we don't repeat the
mistakes we made), and be sure we recognize each and everyone's good
will to try make ISOC better.
