[Chapter-delegates] Further discussions afterwards revelations around PRISM?

Thank you Oussmane for this subject,
I have a question related to the PRISM buzz and I want to submit it to you
all:
Will the ISOC continue to promote the use of for example Google or Facebook
for its internal activities?
All the tools "offered" by these companies are widely promoted by ISOC for
the internal management of the Chapters or for the preparation of events
(for example Chapter Workshops).
The next question may be:
Does the ISOC have enough ressources to provide independent resources to
its chapters like a cloud server for a global management system (in the
continuity of the very useful AMS)?
