[Chapter-delegates] IGF 2013 Cancelled

Dear all,

We are aware that there have been rumours that Indonesia has cancelled the IGF 2013. However, 

However, neither the IGF Secretariat nor UNDESA in New York  have received any official notification of a cancellation.
