[Chapter-delegates] Update on By-Laws revision

Dear Ted Mooney and colleagues:

In the light of today's press reports, could we please have a public assurance that no ISOC Organisational Member is associated with current lobbying of the EU Institutions concerning the proposed Privacy Regulation.
