Of course, La Quadrature is known for their strong
language, but maybe you could say few words what is
"Conseil national du numérique" to you?

We have a "Rada informatyzacji" (Council of informatization)
here since many years already; now ISOC Poland
has 3 representatives there. It's a body created
by the law to advise to the ministers, but it is
mostly idle right now and the consultation process
is broader and unstructured right now.
