This URL is obsolete (dead more than 10 years ago).

I have checked and edited at portal.isoc.org and
the website information of Japan chapter is now
http://www.isoc.jp/
but this URL modification has no effect at
https://portal.isoc.org/EBusiness/Chapters/ChapterPreview.aspx?ID=463

Could some one let me know how to fix this ?
