[Chapter-delegates] Map of Chapters

Dear Monique and All,

Many of us think the same. It may be interesting to analyse the way ISOC, in
its renewal, takes the list of its own chapters out of its website.
In my experience and opinion, the chapters are simply a one-way
"faire-valoir" for ISOC. There is no return.
At least we have never witnessed any, especially when chapters gather for an
international project: all are patiently destroyed by ISOC's ever growing
staff in order to maintain global leadership.
Chapters' control is drastic, with mainly US goals, even to create fake
chapters or citizens' representatives at high level institutions such as the
European Commission.

This is a simple personal statement: no need of any battle, dispute or
debate about this. It is too late.
As we say in French, it is just another story of "le pot de terre contre le
pot de fer"

Best,
Marie-Anne

I agree with CW and have been desperately looking for a list of chapters (
eventually classified with key-words/domains,..etc)

putting the links on the map is of no use
of course this is "only" my personal opinion...!!

I support this proposition. There is a need of more collaboration between
ISOC Chapters.

Good evening:

May I say that I am not interested in the Map. I have quite good geography
and already know where everybody is.

What I would really, really like to see is restoration of the List of
Chapters with links to their officers and websites.
That is essential to facilitate cooperation between Chapters.

Regards

CW

Dear all,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. There seems to be a technical
problem and we are looking into it.

By the way, I don't find the list of chapters on ISOC website: I can't
click on the map and the chapters' names are not written on the map in my
browser. Where is that list?
Please have a look at:
