Dear Chapter Delegates,

The issue of communicating with Chapters whenever ISOC staff are in the area, working on an initiative or attending a conference, is an important one. Our policy is to communicate our presence and activity before the fact through at least one of the many communications avenues available to us. As many of you know, staff and chapter members work together often on these opportunities. If however, staff doesn't communicate to chapters in such circumstances, this is an oversight and the exception.

Our commitment to Chapters and the great work you do isn't just words. We value our collaboration, our team work and our differences. We all can and will do better to communicate, to engage and to enrich the Internet eco-system.

Thanks to all who recognized this opportunity to improve our communications among ourselves and hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to engaging each other.

Sincere regards,

Ted Mooney
