Hi All,

I expereinced the same situation in Mali, although I have been involved as Deputy Facilitator by our government agency in charge of the IXP AXIS Project I just heard of some weeks before de workshop.

I have send same sort of mail asking more infos from ISOC Global and till now I received no reply.

We must ask Dawit Bekele to forward our request officially to ISOC Global in order to be heard on this issue.

Yours, Mamadou.

For instance, I learnt about the IXP project in my country a few days before a workshop was held in conjunction with the ministry of communications, ISOC Global (Jane Coffin, Dir. Int'l Strategy ISOC Global was in town) and the AU.

This only makes sense for after all, we are on our home soil and understand better than any outsider the real issues on the ground.
