Chapter support has been raised several times in the past and the discussion on the Chapter list demonstrates that it is timely that ISOC is taking up the challenge to help Chapters to achieve ISOC objectives.  Trying to sustain multi-stakeholder relationships at Chapter level can sometimes require more than volunteers can achieve without some on the ground support. I look forward to the outcomes of the proposed working group.
