Dear All
The proposal by Jordi Iparraguirre is very valid. I have personal
experience on this. Evidently, lack of resources, among other factors have
adversely affected the propping up of new chapters especially in Africa, as
opposed to established chapters in the developed world, and can test to it.
We have had similar discussions and talk but are yet to be conclusive on
the way forward. I noted a similar concern in a previous survey but has
never heard it referred.
I therefore fully support this idea and the faster it is considered the
better. Am sure tremendous increase in Chapter activities will suffice with
this noble idea and am willing to jon the working group
