Hi All,
I support these proposal and view of Jordi.
Thank you Jordi to bring this crucial topic on the debate.
Chapters that have a strong commitment to work deserve it. The adoption of
financing chapters under certain criteria (Jordi quoted some), will draw
up the ISOC community. The current operation is drawing down,
unfortunately.
But things should change.
