[Chapter-delegates] Big news: ETNO joins ISOC.

Indeed Carlos, they could use this simplified technique of inside motivation and lobbying. Sometimes as they say to beat your enemy you have to make them friend ... 
But, we have enough competent staff people on board to capture quickly this approach and alert us when such would happen. 

Anyhow, it is good we all keep our eyes open and do not allow being captured ...
