Great video (well, perhaps not the quality), but it raises the question: 
If TCP/IP is replaced when we move to an all optical system (as Farber 
suggests), is it still the Internet. Probably yes.

So the definition of Internet is the 'network or networks' and not 
TCP/IP. Right?
