Great video (well, perhaps not the quality), but it raises the
question: If TCP/IP is replaced when we move to an all optical
system (as Farber suggests), is it still the Internet. Probably yes.<br>
<br>
So the definition of Internet is the 'network or networks' and not
TCP/IP. Right?<br>
