[Chapter-delegates] my input to the bylaws discussion

Norbert,

I thought it is visible that i support the legitimate issues discussed here on the bylaws, the Chapter recognition, the LoA and the standard of performances. We have an important opportunity to clarify and enhance Internet Society relationship to chapters and  like all of you i am committed to  make it happen.  Coming from AFRINIC service region, i know which value this will bring to the chapters and hence to the Internet in my region.
