That seems to indicate that there was seen no need to say anything 
during the time from 25.3.2012 until 17.9.2012.

But I assume that I am not the only one expecting what you asked now: 
"... to find out whether you have any views on the matters in 
discussion, and what they are..."

This relates not only to the silence of Alain Aina for many months,but 
also tothe pleasant surprise Narelle Clarkpromised us. -- Yes, it is 
really a surprise that so many suggestions from the Chapters did not 
find a way into the present Bylaws draft.

At a time when there is discussion about "standards of performance" - I 
am not against this - but it cannot relate only to Chapters. I will 
write on this separately soon.
