[Chapter-delegates] Dynamic Coalition on Core Internet Values: 3rd IGF meeting at Baku, Azerbaijan

adding to Siva's announcement:

the meeting of the Dynamic Coalition on Core Internet Values is attracting a diverse and youthful public as well as stellar, experienced experts.

Those interested in discussing the issues further are invited to the group's mailing list by emailing either Siva or myself.

We are preparing a discussion-basis document which looks at how the basic values of interoperability, openness, end-to-end, and permssionless innovation are faring this year - what is helping them or being built with them, what threatens them most. Contributions will be most welcome too.

Siva has also arranged for Joly McFie to coordinate remote participation in the meeting, whose time translates to the afternoon in Europe and early morning in the Americas.

Hello,

On the theme of Core Internet Values, the "Workshop on Fundamentals: Core Internet Values" was organized during the IGF 2009, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Following this workshop, a Dynamic Coalition was formed, two meetings have happened so far, one at IGF Vilnius and another at the IGF Nairobi.

The third meeting of the Dynamic Coalition is scheduled for Day 3 of the Baku IGF, November 8, 2012, 4 30- 6 00 pm, at Conference Room 11, with the Internet Society President Lynn St.Amour as Chair.

Chapter and Organizational Leaders and Members, ISOC Ambassadors and Next Generation Leaders and Staff participating at the IGF Baku are invited to participate.

The theme of Core Internet Values is of interest to all of us. Please take part in this meeting.
