[Chapter-delegates] Netiquette of Chapter-Delegates list. Was: Input Request: ISOC Comments to WCIT

Dear Marcin and Jozef,

I do follow the CleanIT thread and personally I do understand and share your and other Chapters concern about this project. But CW claims that:

"[Rudi's] specific participation in the "Clean-IT" project is a source of embarrassment and concern among your colleagues in European Chapters"

and I have not seen any concern related to ISOC Belgium (or his personal) participation. So I asked him, to explain on basis of what he formulated this statement?

In general, I don't think that a Chapter X should publicly express concern what Chapter Y is doing within its area or constituency. And trying to present it as position of colleagues of other European Chapters without any prior public discussion or consultation is below any standard of discussion and netiquette/tradition of Chapter-delegates list. And this is was my concern in my capacity as one of administrators of Chapter-Delegates list.

With best regards,

Jacek Gajewski
