[Chapter-delegates] Chapter participation in the final compilation of the Revised By-Laws

Good morning:

I nominate Norbert Klein and John More.

I think that Norbert's perspective is important, from the point of  
view of our more fragile and under-resourced Chapters. He has  
commented substantially to the lists.
John can argue the toss in the context of US not-for-profit law, which  
is quite important in the present case. He has contributed effectively  
to the lists and at the Geneva INET discussions.

Both of them have also supported positions coming from Europe. As new  
members of the Bylaws Committee, I am sure that they, among others,  
will continue to be open to further advice from Chapters.
