[Chapter-delegates] Resend of August 30 Request for Review and Comment on current proposed revisions to the By-laws

Well, If I was representing an Organisational Member, I would not have  
commented, either. I would already have:

-	full membership status
-	advisory board meetings funded by ISOC
-	six elected members of the Board of Trustees:
	http://www.internetsociety.org/who-we-are/board-trustees

So, I would hardly have anything to comment about. No?
I also appreciate that - to the best of my knowledge - no  
Organisational Member has commented about the requests from Chapters  
for a more balanced BoT and ISOC. Thankyou.
