[Chapter-delegates] Application to form an ISOC Chapter in Ukraine

Bonjour Sabrina,
Hello Y'All,
Je pense que c'est un grand signe qui montre que l'expansion d'Internet Society est toujours d’actualité; chaque fois qu'il y a une demande de création d'un nouveau chapitre, l'image d'ISOC est grandie. Lorsqu'en plus on voit un panel aussi riche comme future équipe dirigeante de chapitre, on ne peut que soutenir la validation de cette demande.
Au delà, de la demande Ukrainienne, je souhaiterai voir plus de pays Africain s'investir pour le développement d'un Internet Ouvert pour tous, en commençant par joindre ISOC en Créant plus de chapitre pour encadrer les individus qui veulent s'engager. Je pense particulièrement à un ami qui se bat pour relancer le Chapitre Burkinabé...
Je pense que nous devons organiser des réunions de sensibilisations dans les pays qui n'ont pas encore de Chapitres, par exemple, en y organisant des séminaires d'Informations ou de formations sur les questions importantes qui peuvent contribuer au développement de l'Internet.
