Hi,

good to know that Olivier has had this direct contact with the effort in the Ukraine. 

From the Initiative Group I recognize Oksana Pryhodko and can vouch for her experience, knowledge of Internet matters, sense of purpose, and hard work. The balance of skills and experience in the list seems robust.

This should go well and as others have said a chapter there seems a serious need. Glad to support.
