[Chapter-delegates] Accessible online webcast WCIT ITU Prep meeting

Well, I have several comments on this webcast, one of which is on he  
Q&A, but access is not one of them. I am also on a MacBook.
(technically I do not know whether Adobeconnect is proprietary and  
whether Realplayer is on this laptop or not ...  I am sure someone  
will advise.)
