[Chapter-delegates] Accessible online webcast WCIT ITU Prep meeting

Almost unbelievable ITU is webcasting their meetings with proprietary systems. I was only able to join and watch the webcast by installing Realplayer ... (I'm Mac user). I could not open it with another player ... 

So, multi-stakeholderism requests also open connectivity and broadcasting of meetings !!
