[Chapter-delegates] North American Bureau Webcast, today at 1900 UTC

Dear Chapter Leaders:

The North American Bureau has been holding video hangouts/webcasts every week for the past few months.  The activity has been very well received by North American chapter leaders, and it has been suggested that I provide access information to all of our members who might be interested in tuning-in to see/hear what we are discussing.

Last week the discussion was on digital content policy issues.  If you have an interest in that topic, feel free to watch the archive of that session.

Today's webcast will be held at 3pm EDT/1900 UTC.  You have two options for viewing:
View on Livestream (see only the host/guest and hear questions from chapter leaders)
View on Google+ Hangouts (see chapter leaders in addition to the host/guest; refresh the page at 3pm)
