[Chapter-delegates] Twitter officially banned in Pakistan - more to follow

FYI all,
The Twitter ban in Pakistan was removed after 10 hours after resistance
from Internet Users.
It seems to have been mostly a storm in a tea-cup after some
misunderstanding from some people in the Ministry of IT about the Draw
Mohammad Day (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Everybody_Draw_Mohammed_Day) -
which happened two years ago.
