Dear Veni Markovski,

We would like to thank all the Chapter officers that signed up to attend 
the Chapter Affiliation and Support Programme (LoA/Dashboards/Chapter 
Guide) webinars scheduled for the end of March and throughout April.

For those that have been following the recent postings to the Chapter 
Delegates discussion list, you may be aware that there has been feedback 
requesting that the changes proposed by the Board of Trustees in their 
revision of the ISOC Bylaws takes place _prior_ to any discussion of the 
Chapter Affiliation and Support Programme.

We have therefore taken the decision to cancel all future webinars until 
the revision of the ISOC Bylaws is complete.  More details about the 
community consultation with respect to the ISOC Bylaws will be available 
soon from the Board of Trustees.

We apologise for the short notice of this announcement and for any 
inconvenience caused.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has so far 
attended a webinar, or has provided us with feedback. Your feedback is 
very helpful.
