[Chapter-delegates] Appointment of former MPAA CTO Paul Brigner as North American Regional Director of Internet Society

+1 to both Alejandro and Maureen.

Let's trust the process Walda outline and give Mr Brigner an
opportunity to prove himself to ISOC North America, and indeed, the
wider ISOC community.

Having considered his Profile and the supportive comments on this
list, I am certain that his expertise and most recent experiences will
be of great value to the Internet Society and more specifically, we
should take good advantage of his insider knowledge.
