[Chapter-delegates] IGF 2012 / Nov 6-9, to coincide with IETF 85

Dear Markus Kummer

Since IGF dates could not be changed, is there any way to LIGHTEN the
agenda of the IETF 85, by advancing crucial agenda items from 85 to 84, and
/ or, by having one intermediary meeting on important issues, and / or by
postponing important but not urgent agenda items to IETF 86?

If IGF is scheduled on the same dates as IETF, the larger priority is still
the participation of the more knowledgeable Technical Community members in
the IGF. The IETF program committee could perhaps facilitate the absence of
these important IETF participants by lightening the agenda, if the IETF
dates can't be altered (which could also be option which is not impossible)
