[Chapter-delegates] ISOC courses

Good afternoon:
Thankyou, Elena. I have also been thinking about this for some time. I
had proposed in the past that training courses should be part of
Chapter workshops.
The attached draft is just an initial check list of what might be done
by ISOC in the form of on-line training and associated videos.
Some of us may think that this starts at too elementary a level, but
in my view, if the Internet is for everyone, we have to be able to
address newcomers at all levels and in multiple languages.
Needless to say that this is an open checklist, and if anyone wants to
send Elena and myself any additions, corrections or extensions, please
do so.
