Thank you, Anne.
Once again this email makes me think that your departure is a great loss 
for ISOC, and comes in yet another of the crucial times the organization 
is facing.
Perhaps not all chapters, but some of us, see this more vividly than 
others.
ISOC needs a Director of Chapters, who should know the chapters' needs 
and be able to consolidate their contributions and ideas into a 
strategic planning with the top management of ISOC. Hopefully they will 
be able to find one soon.
Because finding the right people is important, but even more important 
is to see the policy guidelines, aimed at improving the relations, and 
using the chapters as much as possible for the good of the Internet in a 
turbulent year.
