[Chapter-delegates] A change of direction for a while... Leaving ISOC

Dear Anne

What a sad news  to hear you are leaving the ISOC family. Thank you for all
that hard work you have done over the years for ISOC. The Pacific Islands
Chapter will miss you  especially for your annual support to our INET
conferences and regular advices. We would like to wish all the best in
your  future endeavors.
