[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to Participate at the Campus Party in Berlin August 21-26

Also, I would like to suggest that the European Chapters attend the local
meeting AS A DELEGATION from ISOC, with prior discussion and arrangements
with the Berlin event organizers and the founders of the Campus Party.
About ten Chapter leaders from the European Chapters could be persuaded to
find time to attend this event at Berlin. Travel would be not as expensive
so in addition to the registration fee waiver, perhaps ISOC could make
their participation comfortable for a delegation of 10 or more from Europe
by making travel and hotel arrangements ????
