Dear Ann,

this is my farewell mail to you -- thinking back over several years 
since we met repeatedly at ICANN events -- we here were hoping ISOC 
would provide a common web-site template showing that we are all united 
in ONE movement, and also, that ISOC would assist our new start by 
providing hosting. Finally we started anyway without - and now these 
services are being offered to the chapters.

All the best when you are now productively "booting up" for something 
new -- we are still in the floods with our Chapter, while I walk in the 
water with our small and young chapter (actually, we have now the 
heaviest rains I can remember in Cambodia, during the present rainy season).

You surely will be able to get rid of the waters at your construction 
site -- I am not yet so sure for our's.

I write only late at night, so that my next business mail will no longer 
reach you -- while I follow the leads you gave.
