[Chapter-delegates] Has ISOC signed the Declaration of Internet Freedom?

And such vocal declarations and other activism are definitely helpful to
those representing the Internet community in negotiations at the WCIT or
similar level, without question. Whether it would be similarly helpful for
ISOC as a global organization to actively sign on to same is questionable.
Nevertheless it is very much (IMO) our function as Chapters to assist in
providing and publicizing vectors of communication of the views of our
members and communities in order that they might influence global policy.
