my ticket, this is out for me (my salary, for may year, had nothing to
do with my passport nationality - my choice to work with Cambodian
NGOs). And this mail is not to blame any individual - it is just a plea
that those who are in the upper ten groups in the list down here should
not forget the lower ten groups when making general statements in the
name of ISOC - "The internet is for everyone."
Or just hide and change this slogan.
