[Chapter-delegates] Special Invitation to Global INET 2012

Hello,

In addition to what I have shared already on the list:

In its early years ISOC had a lot of limitations. Trustees and Chapter
Leaders of the early days of ISOC were the pillars who built up ISOC which
has grown to be an organization of the size and resources as we see today.
ISOC is celebrating its 20th year as an organization that has gone past its
initial years of struggle. It naturally becomes an occasion to invite all
its former Trustees and former Chapter Leaders, with all arrangements made
for their travel, stay and participation. This event needs to be like a big
fat wedding with a thorough list of invitees, past and present.
