[Chapter-delegates] Fwd: Special Invitation to Global INET 2012

I am not sure if this is for chapter presidents, or how I was selected 
to be invited, but thought that in the light of what we discussed 
earlier on our list, it is important to find out how these invitations 
are being sent. I certainly hope that they are not coming as a response 
to our comments in the list.
Perhaps Ted could also tell us how come?
