[Chapter-delegates] Global INET Investment

Wonderful discussion. 

Do you want no one from the first INET you expect in 20th anniversary celebration? Of course you want. I do not mean to discourage younger leader but the composition seems odd in the event. Avoiding seniors in the global iNet is ridiculous. As people expressed in previous discussion, the cost is very high for developing countries participants like Nepal. In such a case either there should not be any fee or very low fee. Current fee is unaffordable for us and we (other than fellowship grantee ) will not be able to participate in the 20th anniversary of ISOC.
