[Chapter-delegates] INET registration

So, the INET for ISOC members is 350 CHF. If one adds two gala dinners
(obviously not compulsory) it makes 580 CHF.

For that amount of money I've had a free pass for expensive Swiss
Railways valid for a whole month countrywide. And 50% discount for
the remaining 11 months. You decide :)

There are some small issues with the registration:

* "staycation" question that really puzzled me. 

* Company name is required (well, the price explains it)

* Business telephone number is required

* Email confirmation has some accessibility issues, it is
  light gray on the white background and is delivered only
  in HTML (no text/plain). So in my browser (using popular
  Gmail service here) it looks like this:

  (Please note the message text is not highlighted)

  "Show original" and "Message text garbled?" options in gmail
  don't help since the display either Base64-encoded garbage or
  HTML source garbage.

Don't get me wrong - I'm happy to see this live. Maybe there
is still a chance for some small adjustments though.
