Marcin, the photo is actually from anti-ACTA protest in... Bulgaria - ;-)
behind the crowd is the monument of Russian tsar "liberator" Alexander, 
Radisson SAS hotel, and the ads on the right are for the Bulgarian 
wi-max operator and one of the Bulgarian GSM operators.
