[Chapter-delegates] ISOC-PK Pakistan

Hi Imran

ISOC Pakistan went into rejuvenation at the end of last year. What  
followed was a ground up effort reaching out to all ISOC members in  
Pakistan and beyond,  to determine whether a national chapter or city  
based chapters should exist. Overwhelmingly city based chapters were  
favoured. All the discussions are taking place on a mailing is "isoc-in-pk at elists.isoc.org 
. There are very active efforts to establish chapters in Islamabad,  
Lahore and Karachi including many stakeholder meetings. The community  
there is very enthusiastic and are doing a really good job so far.   
There are 3 volunteers helping to co-ordinate all the efforts -they  
are the facilitation committee, and they are copied on this email and  
they have been doing a great job.
